Ahoy friends, lovers and random curious strangers!!
Just thought i'd check in and let you all know i'm still alive, cuz i'm gonna be quiet for the time being because i'm going to, ooooh a little place called SOUTH AFRICA! Woot! i leave eeearly tomorrow morning. Obscene amounts of coffee will be required.
So i'm leaving you with this lovely photo, something to remember me by. This lil' one (Tiffany) was the daughter of one the ladies that took part in the forum we conducted today. It was pretty awesome, we went to this training center that this one lady established for young women that are orphans or that come from troubled backgrounds. The girls take classes in either hair dressing, tailoring/dressmaking or computers and secretarial work and the classes are completely free. And lemme tell you, these women are POWER HOUSES. So strong, so full of life, so fun, so inspiring (look at me get all mushy! i should really go back to talking about hookers or poo or something...)
